Wells Fargo,  the worst bank among the big 4. Exceedingly bad customer service. Also,  unprofessional behavior,  personnel discussing openly business transactions of other customers for everyone to hear.  I was sitting down on the waiting area and I found out involuntarily about the $400k transfer from a customer I shall not name for security reasons,  more than these people bothered with.

When there to make a withdrawal after I had went to one that was closed. I called them and let them know that I was on my way and the manager assured me that she would wait for me to get there and that I would make it on time. Great experience got my stuff done and kept going. Very pleased

Just call to ask a small question and the girl on the phone hang me off the phone...terrible costumer service

The account manager at the driver thru was extremely rude and told me I should come to the bank at a better time. This is a family business. Time is money but expecting this from a manager doesn't surprise me on why I should change to another bank. Poor customer service. Will be sending this to corporate.
