not even 1 star  
worse branch ever, very incompetent, not customer services at all
there is a teller there name Joan she always take forever and when u call manager to complaint manager does not show up, everybody else since to ignored you, left bank bc been there for more than one hour with no help at all and trying to call 6 times and no one answer the phone
this is the 3rd time happened to me w same teller at this location  8201 NW 36th street
every other branch in Doral are very helpful beside this one

B+ | Typical branch, mostly longer lines and more than average number of bankers on staff. They attend to problems and situations with care.
