Service is good one thing is not enough parking lot.

The wait times are long, when you go inside the customer service is great. When you are in the drive thru line, the customer service is 50/50, either you get a pleasent human being or Shrek. Thanks Shrekisa.

The staff here are great and are multi lingual which is needed in the neighborhood.  However it is always INSANELY busy and you can almost never get into the parking lot or get quick service because of the long lines.  I typically head to the branch by my office in the suburbs which is much less busy and easier to get in and out of quickly.
