I find it difficult to get in touch with anyone at the bank by phone. It rings and rings and today I heard the message - the person you are calling is unavailable. A prompt answer by a receptionist would be appreciated.

My neighborhood bank that I've used for hundreds of ATM withdrawals. Today I got cash from the ATM and needed change for a $20 for cash purchase. The teller explained she could not do that or even extend the slightest courtesy to folks without a Well Fargo account for "numerous reasons".

I noticed Wells Fargo has a very fancy, and most likely very expensive machine behind the counter that dispenses cash making the tellers job easier. It makes me wonder why they got rid of the change counting machines in the lobbies which would make the customers job easier by not having to roll their own change to make a deposits in coinage. It's obvious to me that these decisions were made to reduce labor expenses making the company even more money than they already make. This is similar in my mind to Wal-Mart making customers scan thier own groceries at the checkout to save on labor while not giving customers discounts for doing the work. Perhaps Wells Fargo can put more of an emphasis on customer satisfaction vs company profits.

Follow up on your currency exchange orders in detail. Apparently it isn't anyone's responsibility to let you know they no longer can get that currency you successfully placed an order for TWO WEEKS AGO. Told it would be ready last Thursday, wasted half an hour in line Friday to be told it hadn't come in, but they have my information and they'll call me. No call, so I called to finally be told that they can't order the currency anymore (for no apparent reason). Not like I'm going to be in a foreign country next week with no currency, only to best case be screwed by the local exchanges. Thanks for nothing but wasting my time Wells Fargo.

Not sure how to feel at this point! I was told that there was a fraud alert on my account. After receiving a call from someone that stated they needed to verify some things on my account and them not being able to over the phone, I was told to go into the Branch. After work I rushed into the Branch where a Banker told me that all I needed to do was reset my password. When I got into work this morning I tried what the banker stated to do and it did not work. Called the fraud department and a woman told me that I needed to go back into the Branch and have the Banker call them and verify the account while I was sitting there. I want to know who is going to pay my gas for running back and forth to a Branch because they dont know how to do their jobs? I am very upset and frustrated and want someone to compensate me for my time and gas. Will be going in and if that is not the case I will be closing my accounts.
