Not sure why Janina is interacting with customers; asked if she knew where my customer rep was and she got extremely irate and raised her voice, “You need to be patient!!!!” Told her i understood wire transfers are not a two second thing- just wanted a general time frame. Janina rolled her eyes and said she did not know but we needed to be patient. Don’t come here if you want to be treated respectfully.

To do anything on this place is a mission, they take half of hour to just cash a check and on top of everything they change $8 for it

This must be the slowest branch in all South Florida. Maybe having 5 drive thru windows with only 2 tellers could be the problem. Maybe having spots for 6 or more tellers inside but only staffing 2 of them could be the issue. Maybe it's the slow, incompetent, disparaging attitude of the bankers inside. (I meant customer service reps of course) To anyone who's stuck in the drive thru waiting, it's definitely worth your time to leave and go to the branch south of 144th. Really. It will be much, much faster.

It's a busy Friday morning 3:33pm this line stretches all the way to the door and on staff is two tellers -.- this lady walking around with a clip board, & a few ppl just sitting playing with the computer. Someone jump in there! I have one life and I don't wanna waste it in a slow bank!
