The customer service is terrible. Went thru the drive thru yesterday. Six cars were consecutively attended to in the other lane. In my lane I was the second car and I had to watch all the cars in the other lane come and go before I was serviced. Extremely disappointed. I've been a customer for many years but if my time is not valued, I should go elsewhere.

Horrible branch. Once I got there were a bounch of peoples waiting for assistance and the security never told to sign a sheet. After one hour the Customer Service Associate told me he could not help me because I did not sign the paper, when the security never mencioned anything about it.

The wait is HORRIBLE, to say the least. They don't have a Sign in sheet, so you pretty much better pay attention to your turn.  The service was good once you got called.
