I met with the bank manager Sergio in December due to financial trouble that arose secondary to my identity being stolen. It was agreed that I would resume making payments and the past due amount would be placed at the end of the term. A process that is common practice. They have since been reporting me late to the credit beurau. My credit score dropped from 790 to 520. When I spoke with Sergio again he asked if I had anything in writing regarding our past agreement. I said no and he said that because of that I am screwed and suggested that I ALWAYS get EVERYTHING in writing. After our conversation that day I asked if I could have our interaction in writing as he suggested. He said he couldn't give anything to me in writing.
