Banker teller is very friendly & polite.

I went to the branch and asked to cash in 30 yr old ferderal savings bonds. Banker Marc Pando refused to cash them stating that they are too old and dont run through the "machine" so he can't take them. Wow!

Bad experience after 25 years of banking .... from the manager  down to his employees  a "I cannot help you attitude".. I went to the branch at Lee Trevino and their service was amazing... THEY SOLVED MY PROBLEM imn less tan 10 minutes.. that the manager and three employees at MOntwood  COULD NOT OR THEY WERE JUST TOO LAZY TO SOLVE.. or maybe they wer just ignorant.. I will not go to that bank again EVER
