I love Wells Fargo and have always reliable excellent service, except at this branch!!! This branch has awful customer service. This weeks events were the tipping point, I won't go back there!! The customer service manager is VERY rude! I was given the wrong information from a banker on an important time-sensitive matter. The manager didn't refund me let alone apologise for the large inconvenience it caused. The manger told me I was wrong several times and kept repeating the process to me. Turned out I was right... The manager's dismissal of my legitimate concerns and condescending attitude towards the facts I was presenting was uncalled for. She even went as far to throw her employee under the bus several times rather than address what can they could do now to remedy the situation.

Additionally this branch closes minutes before what's posted, they are completely unwilling to help customers in the rush from work. I had the door locked in my face! I told them it was before the time posted, they said "the doors are locked we are closed." I have never had this experience at any lower branch!! They have new bankers it seems like every month. I've had my accounts messed up here a few times, incorrect cards sent etc. Go to the one on Plumb or Neil instead!!

Customer service is great. Everyone is always friendly. Sometimes the lines inside can move slow, but I think that's mostly caused by unprepared customers (in my opinion). The drive thru atm is easy to access and usually has no or few cars. Notary service is available here. The notary public I met with was friendly and quick.
