Customer service has always been okay but getting ahold of somebody is next to an impossibility over the phone going through my bank account realizing that they charge for a bad address fee and there's no explanation why. Dealing with this bank has been very frustrated and I'm very very very seriously considering closing my account

Great customer service!  They rarely have just one teller where as when I go to another bank for my mom there's over 30 people in line because they have only teller. They're very helpful and pleasant. Great place to bank

This bank is the best in town. The people are great and treat you like family. I've been with these guys for about 20 yrs and I won't go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. After banking with them for years, I applied for a loan (after having previously paid off a car loan with them) and they treated me like a derelict.  Couldn't even bother to call to tell me I didn't have to drive all the way across town after I offered to being in paper work. This wasn't the first bad experience with them, but it was the LAST STRAW!
