Manager was rude & refused to help a veteran, even when corporate called her to explain the situation (i have an account @ another location,  I was in the middle of moving, (probably looked less than put together, as had been literally moving furniture, boxes etc all day)) moving could not find my state id, but had my va issued I'd along with some other things (new lease), she refused to cash a check written from a wells Fargo account too a wells Fargo account holder-??? What the heck? Overrode the teller even, @ any rate, will never enter that facility again, & if it wasn't for my job using wells Fargo & the convenience that having an account with them & cashing my check USUALLY affords would have closed my account too. Awful.

I called this branch just to ask about possibly getting a personal loan, figured the person who picked up the phone to just give me a very brief description of what I might need to qualify for a loan. I didn't think I'd get great customer service since I was just calling on the phone. However, to my surprise he was very friendly, nice, and patient with me. I told him the reason I was trying to get the loan and he went above and beyond my expectations, he explored other options I could take if my personal loan was not approved. He went online even to check what my car might go for, if I used it as collateral to get the loan. He was very detailed and explained things in a manner that was very easy to understand. I have an account with Bank Of America but now because of banker Russ Goodwin I am thinking of switching my account to Wells Fargo.
