Without a doubt, the worst Wells Fargo branch I've ever been in. Everytime I come in here, there's always a line with ONE teller helping the line. Meanwhile, there's always AT LEAST two manager types sitting on their asses at their computer desks, not helping anybody. And sometimes, these same manager types will just stand by the door to greet you and say goodbye when you leave. I mean, HELLO?! WE DON'T NEED YOU TO GREET US! WHY DON'T YOU GET BEHIND THE COUNTER AND HELP OUT THE POOR, ONLY TELLER THAT'S DEALING WITH THE HUGE LINE?!?!

Almost missed sending an important shipment because of them.

Had to do FedEx overnight shipping and send documents by 7 pm. Reached Wells Fargo by 5 pm to get some of the documents of the package notorized. Waited for over an hour for their manager to get free, just to tell me they can't notorize those documents!
Had to rush to Sparks to get the documents notorized and drive back. Barely reached by 6:57 pm.

Next time please tell as soon as a customer comes, that you can or can't do some job. Don't waste one hour, just to tell you can't

How is there only one teller working when there are stations for 7 of them. It’s such a joke I’m standing in such a long line for a simple transaction when you think they would have some staff at a bank in the middle of downtown! This is embarrassing I even bank with Wells Fargo.

I went into this location once to get some money from the atm I walked out of there parking lot and up the street to drop off some books to the library left my car in there lot get back and there security guard yells at me for it really I'm gone for two seconds guess they don't need my business I will go to another bank that cares about there clients
