Very kind staff, and will help, and answer any question that concerns your account. I think WELLS FARGO is a great bank.

Terrible service, beginning in the managerial positions. The folks behind the window are OK, usually helpful and kind, not yet to be poisoned by the upper echelons. Beware and brace yourself, however, if you must speak with a personal banker - every one I dealt with was sneaky, conniving and rude. They boast a 'better-than-thou' attitude and are constantly attempting to up-sell you into various 'deals' - the idea that a customer simply wants to withdraw, make a deposit, close an account, etc, is apparently unheard of to these bankers - be prepared to face an onslaught of greasy salesmanship each and every time you enter. Like any other bank, Wells Fargo is simply a business trying to turn a profit. Banks primarily make money through various 'fees' (overdraft, late fees, to open an account, interest, etc) and through saving money/cutting costs. So naturally, it is in their interest to charge you as many 'fees' as possible whilst still keeping you happy or unaware. The personal bankers are quick to highlight the positive aspects of their 'special deals', but neglect the realities of them - even if you carefully read the fine print, you'd best be WELL versed in financial terminology, else you run the risk of signing yourself into some fresh Hell. On all levels, from the personal bankers to the leading conspirators, the process is made intentionally confusing and complex so that they may further rob you - white collar thieves at their finest. On a final, Keystone branch-specific note, I personally witnessed the harassment and degradation of a disabled customer by a personal banker. The customer was treated like a child by the personal banker in question, and when she declined to answer his general pleasantry questions, he retorted with "I'm just trying to be nice, maybe you should try it". An extremely rude and unprofessional response. The customer then LEFT the bank because the situation had turned into such a hassle, and following this, the personal banker proceeded to laugh at, ridicule and otherwise slander and belittle the customer amongst his colleagues, within the earshot of other customers, no less! Once again, embarrassingly unprofessional. The behavior of the managerial, upper-level employees at the Keystone branch was appalling, unacceptable, and furthermore the sole reason I no longer bank with Wells Fargo. The practices at this particular branch soil the reputation of the entire company.
