My husband has contacted the bank in regards to a tax refund for 3 months now. We filed a ACH search and have received a conformation that wells Fargo recieved the money. However nothing has been deposited into the account. We provided the tracking number and time of deposit. Wells Fargo said the proof of transcript sent means nothing . Our experience of poor customer service and the unwillingness on Wells Fargo behalf to communicate with the other bank to locate the funds has been paralyzing. because no one wants to be sent back and forth in regards to money.
