The managers of this bank come through local businesses soliciting local businesses to have their employees open accounts with Wells Fargo, you open several accounts with them, have your employees open accounts as well, all the while they are claiming to be business partners with you... but ask them for change what a joke... don't solicit my store... I PROMISE AFTER THE RUDE TELLER TATIANA REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO USE MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT TO EXCHANGE BILLS FOR ROLLED COINS. ... I will NEVER recommend this or any Wells Fargo again... 1st she says you need an account... duh I slide my debit card... then she says you need your business account... well I have been getting the need coin from this location for months... no problems until her... well thanks for losing my business and thanks for making it VERY easy to never allow you all to solicit my new employees ever again... your loss not mine... I'll take my business to someone who knows what the REAL meaning of a partnership is...

I always get good and cheerful service at this branch. I love some of the tellers! I have banked at this branch for 20 years and seen it change names several times. It is almost always a pleasure to go to the branch. If it is less than a pleasure it is always my problem...such as, going too late, as in almost closing time, etc.

I needed to pull money from my account and they pulled it, counted it, and then told me they can't get the money because it hasn't laid down on the account. The most BS crap that I've ever heard. They told me to come back the next day. I went to another branch and they gave me my money. Everyone is hella stupid at this branch. Even the managers. They are all a bunch of Bull.

Been a customer of Wells Fargo for a very long time. I have a personal account and a commercial bank account that I also manage. For over 3 years, I have been depositing a single deposit (once a week) for my commercial bank account at this branch at the drive-thru window. Sometimes I go, sometimes my wife goes when I can't. This past weekend, I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes. It was New Year's Eve day, so I expected it to be busy. No biggie. Waiting isn't going to kill anyone... people need to learn to wait a little bit anyways. When I arrived at the window and put my deposit in, it was returned to me right away and I was told by the teller that I would have to come inside because it is a commercial deposit. When I advised to the teller that I have been making these deposit for over THREE YEARS (and have NEVER been told this) he informed me that the manager told him that I would have to come inside. (Oddly enough, this same teller has taken my deposits before.) Frustrated, I took my deposit back and went inside. Inside, the line was almost out the door. (Again, Holidays.) I waited another 20 minutes to make my deposit and asked to speak to the manager. She came over and I expressed her to my frustration with having to wait 40 minutes to make a simple deposit, in which I was already at the window when they told me I would have to come inside. She explained to me that all commercial deposits had to be bought inside. When I asked her how come in over THREE YEARS nobody has EVER told me this, her only reply was: "If the teller wanted to take the deposit and do it, then they were not supposed to." When I asked her why couldn't have they just told me that at the window (for next time), instead of making me having to come back in and wait another 20 minutes (that wasn't really necessary) and she could not answer it. When I asked if this was going to be a continuing problem (having to bring these inside), she told me that all commercial deposits HAD to be brought inside. Frustrated, I took my deposit slip and left. I drove to another Wells Fargo branch and asked to speak to the manager there. I met with the branch manager and a business services manager (together) and explained to them what I had just been through and my frustration with the Centerville branch. They could NOT believe what I had told them. One simply said: "Mr. McGuire, as a bank... it should be EASY for you to put money into our bank... not difficult." After a very pleasant discussion with the two of them, they assured me that I would NEVER have that problem after asking them if i could expect the same if I wanted to deposit the money into their branch instead. They both gave me their cards and said if I EVER had a problem trying to make my deposit at their branch, to please call them ASAP. Needless to say, I will NOT return to this branch, even though it close to my home. I'm not sure how this branch has any business, after treating customers the way that they treated me. If they had just simply let me know that I would need to come in next time, I probably wouldn't even be writing this review. But, instead, they just gave me the money, told me to come inside and gave the impression that what I've been doing all this time was wrong and I 'got away with it." I advise anyone to not use this branch if there is another one that you can use instead.
