Was there to get coin rolls for extra change and they did not greet me so I waited for 4 people ahead of me for something any person standing around could have handed me. Just looking for a simple hello.

Just waited at this location for 25 minutes.  Needed to talk to a service rep.  Two of them were staring at a computer together.  Something they definitely needed to do after the customers were taking care of.  I had to leave. Ain't nobody got time for that.

I was there to exchange banknotes and their staff are not professional.  They asked me too many unnecessary questions. My experience was not good at all.
