ATM shot down in the middle of depositing bunch of checks. No receipt or anything. Hours on the phone and still no resolution. If i do a mistake the bank charges me. If they do any mistake, i loose too. Is this for real??

Only 1 teller working! a very long line. I always have to wait at bank of America every time.  This is by far the worst bank I've ever expirienced time and time again.

Disclaimer: The 5 star rating does not necessarily apply to Bank of America(the company), but to an employee of said company. While I do not bank at Bank of America,  someone very close to me does bank there, and recently they were hospitalized with a rather grave illness. I went to this person's bank(BoA) to secure some bank statements on their behalf for financial assistance. I was met with red tape and protocol and an overall sense of, "Sorry,  but we can't help you". It was't until I went back there a second time and got to speak with a bilingual banker by the name of Alejandra that it seemed like someone actually cared, because this person seemed sensitive to my/our needs and was willing to actually communicate with a patient while IN the hospital. IOW, she wasn't just doing her job; she was going above and beyond that by actually being a compassionate human being. Some people are just good employees, others are good employees and have hearts of gold.

I'm very pleased with the wonderful representatives. They have help me with many issues. They are patient, kind and know exactly what to do.
I couldn't ask for more!
