I wanted to give a special thank you to all the personal bankers. I have worked with so many different ones and the customer service I receive is outstanding! But one stands out the most Suzanne! she puts the the "Personal" in personal banker. With every transaction I needed to get done, she took the time to listen and handle every concern I had at a very emotional time in my life. Top notch customer service is what i receive every time I conduct business here. This is the only branch I can say that for, I would rather wait longer times for service or go through the hassle of finding a parking to receive the quality of service I get here. I truly understand why this is the second busiest branch in Colorado. The management really sets up their employees for success! Again Thank You

Not only are the wait times ridiculous, there's rarely any parking and the customer service is ridiculous. Every time I try to cash a check here they tell me I can't cash the whole thing or I can't cash half and deposit half or some other ridiculous thing(literally every time I go their rules change) when if I drive up to the Wells Fargo on 120th they'll be able to do what I need just fine. I've worked at the same place for 4 years and suddenly they won't cash my check and instead I had to deposit it at the atm meaning I won't have access to my money that I need for bills for at least another 24 hours if not more.

Today we went to the bank to cash a check. It was busy, long line, no problem. I did not mind waiting. The tellers were kind, getting the line down as quickly as they could. However there was one woman who advised us, the clients, that there was a red dodge avenger that needed to be moved from where it was parked or it would be towed. The woman repeated it a couple of times, and no one answered or reacted to her statement. Everyone clearly heard her, however based on my understanding no one was responsible for the car she was calling out for. The woman walked away and muttered that we were all ignorant if we couldn't respond to her statement. I found this very unprofessional and rude. The majority of the clientele were hispanic that day, she uttered the words in english, i believe knowing that no one would understand her. It upset me, the client, to know that she did not care about the feelings or what she had to say about the people there. She ruined my experience there, and needless to say, will not be returning back based on that account.

This banks sucks! You can never make a deposit in the drive thru atm its ridiculous

Absolutely terrible branch!!! Customer service stinks. They have no idea what they are doing. Long lines and only 1 or 2 Tellers. Wells Fargo ought to be ashamed of this location. Fire the Branch Manager for letting it get this way, obviously they don't belong there.
