I was thrilled at the selection. After shopping for 5 minutes, I couldn't stand not knowing how much anything costs. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. So disappointed.

I love Banks!  Yes, it is annoying that many items don't have posted prices (the paper is priced) but it's easy enough to put the item in the front of your shopping cart and check it's cost when you are ready to make your purchases.  If you decide you don't want it after all - they will return the item to the shelf for you.  I've been shopping at the Northglenn location for almost 20 years now and I have always been very pleased with their selection and the friendly owners/workers.  The staff will bend over backwards to help you find what you are looking for, and the quality of their merchandise is excellent.

The lack of posted prices is very frustrating but I also love that they have such a huge selection. I also use them a lot for their very affordable laminating. Super inexpensive! Also, when I have needed something they don't have at that location they have gotten it in for me within a few hours to a day. I was grateful to not have to drive across town.

Banks has always been amazing in customer service. Our school is more than satisfied with the service and products they provide. It's a pleasure doing business with Banks!
