Drove an hour to this locaton. Arrived at 2:20 only to be informed that there is only one teller that handles unfreezing accounts and replacing my debit card. BUT by appointment only. So apparently they couldn't replace my debit in 10 minutes before their next appointment. I had to schedule a 3:00 appointment and for what as it is now 3:18 and I'm still waiting. Edit: It took literally 10 minutes to do. Smh. Go elsewhere.

Very unenjoyable experience. I spoke with Jeanette about getting a replacement debit card, which seemed like a simple ordeal however made it very complicated. First she continuously questioned my identity even after I showed her my passport, as well as two other forms of identification per her request. She never seemed to believe the story I was telling, and never clearly explained the complications that she had in issuing me a new debit card. All in all, she seemed very hesitant to assist me in what I came there for, and was very terse throughout the whole process. I did not end up getting a replacement card. I'd recommend going to a different branch.
