Lines are very long. Turnover is crazy. Poor customer service. CFPB needs to investigate them again!

I went to this location today to talk to somebody about an overdraft of my account. An unpleasant topic, and I was not looking forward to it. Surprise, the tellers who assisted me were not only professional, but very kind and beyond helpful. They not only explained the confusion, but helped me get cash I needed. The personal banker, Diego, was also very helpful and respectful. They turned an upsetting situation into a pleasant encounter. I wish I remembered all their names!

This Wells Fargo has short wait times, always friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and well staffed.

Charged just to call your bank.
Charged to see print up.
Charge, charge, charge...
Oh and good luck getting your money and closing your account.  

You know the old saying...you can tell a persons true nature when you get into a huge fight or try to leave them.  Same as banks.  Coming into the relationship it always looks pretty.  Heck just throw 100 dollars in for 2 months then call about it, then go up to talk, ask for print up, then say you want to close your account.  Make sure you call and ask questions on 24 hr phone service.. better for you to try it.  I hate you to invest in this bank and later say I was right.
