Came in and the only have two tellers working and two "managers" behind them on their computer and listening to rap music, it was loud enough for me to hear from my place in line. 
After a 10 minute wait in line I go in to make a transaction and I am told by the teller helping me that only the only other teller can do that type of transaction and she I currently on the middle of a big transaction so it would be another 10 to 15 minutes before anyone could help me.

I asked if one of the managers could help me but neither on of them even so much as look up. The best they could tell me was to drive 10 minutes to the next closet branch.

Employees are nice. It's a bank. Not much else to say.
