I went into this location asked the teller for a "10 day payoff" she didn't know what it is. She asked the banker and he didn't even know what it is. For something so simple that they don't know what it is, I would hate to think they are  competent enough too even manage any money, let alone find the exit to go home. Glad to be done with them!!!
