All the tellers are very pleasant and helpful. One even always remembers my name when I pull up to one of the outer drive through stations and seems sincerely interested in how I'm doing. 4* instead of 5*, though, because the one time I made a car loan, the two different financial advisers that worked with me seemed nice, but they were not the most helpful. They got the load taken care of well enough, but they did not know answers to some of my questions, and they hardly explained the contract. They handed me a thick stack of papers and told me where to sign, nothing more.

I was just in this location helping my parents set up a trust ownership on their checking and savings account. The employees are all very friendly and well dressed. The branch manager greeted us at the door and directed us to work with Richard. Richard was very friendly and gave us the “Sir” and “Mame” treatment. You don’t hear that anymore and I really appreciate the curtsey, especially for my parents. That’s very respectful and nice. 
Unfortunately the computer system locked during the signing of the contracts but Richard asked us to come back anytime in the next hour or after and he would have them ready to go. I had an appointment and was out and then returned. Richard dropped what he was doing and I signed papers and was out in 5 minutes. Same deal with my parents. 
Great location and great service. I’m thinking of switching from Chase.

Carrie Cryer was very helpful and professional as notary on real-estate documents.

Staff is generally friendly and fast.  Location is clean with good parking.
