I happened to forget my wallet on the same day I was very low on gas.  Had to jump through a few hoops to verify my identity but the manager found a way to let me cash a 15 dollar check to myself.

I've been banking at this branch for at least 10 years.  The staff is always friendly, prompt, and do a darn good job remembering names.  It feels like a small town bank.

From the Branch manager down, All the staff at this location are friendly, warm, and helpful.  I've been with this Wachovia location for a year and recommend it to all my friends.  My main concern is the fact that this branch is between two Wells Fargo locations.  If this branch is closed, I will; be hard pressed to find any bank to compare to it.  Wachovia's key message is "Customer Service" and I doubt Wells Fargo can reach their level of "Customer Service."  Wachovia was well positioned in the East before they entered this market.  They simply brought "Customer Service" to the South.
