I went to this branch on 1/7/16 to open a checking account I guess the guy just got to work because he was not completely dressed still had his shirt untucked and looked unprofessional. He sat down with me and made a copy of my drivers license then started asking for my information and was writing it down on the paper instead of putting the information into the computer. Then he told me that there was going to be a $10 fee to open a account and the account would cost me $10 a month to have. Im not going to do business with a bank that is going to charge a bunch of fees for no reason so i decided not to open the account then when i ask for the paper with my drivers liscense on it as well as my social security number and address(you know all they information they need to steal your identity) the guy refused to give it to me and told me he would take care of it. I demanded it and told them that i wanted it or i wanted to talk to there manager he then took it over and dropped it in a trash can and said that was there shred bin. Very unprofessional and more than likely they have people working for them who steal identity's and do credit card fraud. I would stay away from them at all cost.
