I wish it was possible to give less than 1 star. I live an hour away from the nearest Wells Fargo, which is this branch. I try to call and conduct my business over the phone first to avoid making the trip up there, but every time I call the phone just rings and rings and rings. Nobody ever answers. I can call back immediately and keep calling for an hour, but still never get an answer!  This is quite possibly the worst bank branch I have ever dealt with as far as customer service goes. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

Personal banker Ashley is the greatest. Being away from my bank in my hometown clear across the country,  I was concerned about the level and scope of assistance I would receive. She made me feel more than at home. I felt like a VIP customer with a $1,000,000.00 account. Thank you Ashley.

THE LADY IN THE BANK IS VERY NOSY SHE WANTS ALL YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND THEN TELL YOU SHE CANT DO ANYTHING. I DIDNT LIKE THAT AT ALL THEN THEY TOLD ME I CAN ONLY SPEND UP TO 2000 DOLLARS. IF I WANT ANYTHING LARGER THAN THAT THEN I HAVE TO GO INTO THE BANK AND ASK FOR IT, WHO WANTS TO CARRY THAT MUCH CASH.

Horrible bank they act as it they are above people. Horrible customer service you can be standing face to face with tellers and they still won't assist you 🙄.
