Terrible service. The teller was a snooty @$&#!. I was forced to go inside to cash a check and give a finger print, wasting my time. What difference is a finger print gonna doc you can't tell my identify at the counter that way, and with cameras the way they are you can't hide yourself in the store. Tells me too many tellers were giving away stuff they shouldn't. I got attitude immediately from the teller who refuses to answer my question, she goes straight to "you want to talk to my manager" rolling her eyes and smacking her lips. They are very unprofessional here, no courtesy. She could barely count my money bank. One teller was talking loud about how a person's check was gonna get deposited cause he had a debit. That's too personal the whole bank doesn't need to here there story. I will never bank here!!!!! Take your money and run!

Awful banking experience. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would rate this bank. I didn't choose this bank to hold my mortgage, and now after this horrible experience today, know I would never choose for this bank to hold my money. I attempted to cash an escrow refund check issued by wells fargo to me. It has my wife's name and my name, but does not state "and" between the names. At first, the cashier informed me that she couldn't cash it without my wife present, which is ridiculous. Either of us could singularly cash the check at any other financial institution except, apparently, at her counter. A manager approved transaction with a slight nod, then the cashier demanded my drivers license and debit card - from a different institution altogether! She instructed me to ink my thumb to place the print on the check, then she circled it in blue ink right on the check. After minutes of typing something on her computer, she explained that the transaction would cost me $7.00. I asked her why - why Wells Fargo would issue me a check, then charge me $7 to cash it at their bank! She informed me that it was this bank's charge for cashing a check. My look of disbelief prompted her to ask me if I wanted her to undo the transaction and I said yes. In my 40 years of banking, I have never experienced anything closely resembling this type of banking. They made me feel like a criminal! It makes me appreciate my accounts and relationships with Magnolia Federal and BancorpSouth. God help those who must endure this experience.

It's mixed feelings with this bank. Some days they're so helpful others they have you waiting for nothing.

Only went to the ATM... ....seems ya'll wouldn't have big ass pot holes in the parking lot, but this IS Mississippi afterall. Keep it classy
