Every time I come here I can tell they're trying to be efficient and to have good Customer Service skills. Not the best but still I use this bank because I've had no big issues. Effort matters.

Worst customer service...went to bank to make wire transfer manager simply said they can't do it because it takes too much time...and their server goes offline at 4:30 pm?? weird answer ever heard.

agree with the previous comment. Raman is the WORST sales guy ever!! He says something and once the bank account is opened, your money will automatically be deducted for some reasons only known to Raman.. not very polite guy either when you want to know something about your account. I closed my account recently after paying some which i apparently "owe" to the bank!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

the guy could be misleading. his name is Ramen (just like the noodles)/Raman. Rest of the counter staff have been good. This dude is worse than a car sales man..
