The ATM in the bank lobby dispenses cash in denominations smaller than $20.00 which is convenient. The customer service sucks, with employees appearing openly wary or plain distrustful of customers. No consideration seems to be given to customer loyalty or length of relationship a customer has with the bank. I try to avoid contact with people who work at this branch altogether. If I absolutely have to talk to a banker in person then I go to the downtown or another branch. Maybe this office has taken losses, I don't know. I know I haven't caused any losses for this branch (my paycheck gets directly deposited to my account and then I spend the money, repeat cycle every 2 weeks). I don't write checks or overdraw my account. I am not a problem customer. Don't expect this branch to exchange any mutilated currency (no matter how clearly a blind man can see two halves of a torn bill are of one and the same note) or know your name by face unless you're a merchant client who goes into the bank every day. Lost or stolen wallet? Deal with the bank over the phone or go to another branch where people have the customer service skills to protect your money and information without insult to your integrity.

If management cared they would get back to customer's post here or fix the problem. Two times I was here and their servers were down. They want to take your deposit but not give you cash back or cash your check. I'm starting to think maybe employees get bonuses to keep your money in the bank. It's probably one of their inside jobs. I would not be surprised if they end up in the news again. Some employees seem genuine but others I can't say the same. I can read through their actions.

This is my bank, I come here all the time, i never wait more that 2 minutes in line, everyone's always friendly and willing to help!!!
