Worst customer service I have ever received, even for Bank of America. We have been doing our business banking for well over 5 years now with BofA and have slowly been moving our business accounts to Wells Fargo, mainly due to customer service issues. Today I had an employee go into the branch to get a cashiers check. They had an issue with the check so I called the branch, spoke with a woman named Alicia who stated she was the branch manager. She gave me some information that was very contradicting to what other branches have given me and other banking institutions. I asked to speak with a business banker and she told me her branch has none. Impossible, how is it that such a branch in Riverside doesn't have a business banker. I asked for her last name, that's when she decided to hang up on me. Being that it was 5:48pm I attempted to call back, the call was answered and immediately hung up. I called back a few times and the calls went unanswered. Horrible customer service, especially when dealing with a business account. I am sure many other banks are getting the business these associates are throwing away. I will be closing our last few accounts tomorrow morning.

I've been with this bank for over 30yrs I cash my check here many of times they are always not ready for the morning crowd always one teller there and one always getting her or his window ready with about 25 people in line i can't see why both or more tellers can't be ready when the door open bad business. My problem today I was cashing my check and I told her how I wanted my money back she told me she was short on hundreds and that all I could get was have and if I didn't want that i could go cash my check some where else after waiting 25min in line i don't appreciate this kind of business but if they want to run it this way they better remember the customer should always come first may be their Manger or bunch Manger should go back school and relearn some of the ticks and trades of the business.
