Disappointed in the service was told while waiting in line if I deposited my check in the machine next to me funds would be available immediately just like with a teller. They were not available at all in any amount. Called branch for help and they did nothing but give me a 1 800 number to call. Horrible service and experience, seriously considering switching banks at this point

Janet Cisneros has to be manager in title alone, because she doesn't actually do anything a manger would do, like making sure policies are followed or problems are addressed and corrected. My parents have a safety deposit box at this branch, I am also a signatory on the box, and as such I have a vested interest beyond helping my parents deal with these incompetent boobs. They are moving out of state in two days. Yesterday they went in to retrieve the contents of their box and close it, only to find that the bank had closed it for them, how helpful. My parents who still have the key and never received or signed any paperwork regarding the closure of the box were understandably upset. They were told that someone would call them later that day. No phone call. My mother called 4 times today, Janet is conveniently ALWAYS on lunch or on another more important phone call when my mother calls. So I thought I'd try. I've been on hold for Ms. Cisneros for over an hour, she must be really hungry to take this long of a lunch. I got a hold of a different Janet, Janet Chavez, who told me that the matter had already been taken care of and that the manager had spoken to my parents. This is an outright lie, how do I know? Because I asked them, because uh duh THEY'RE MY PARENTS! This whole thing reeks of someone making a simple mistake and then a horrible manager making it exponentially worse by actively not dealing with it. Sorry Janet, but I'm going over your head with this one. I'd start polishing up my resume if I were you, either of you.

I came into your office Monday 8-22-2016 seeking help with a insurance policy on my equity credit line. The staff was very helpful and professional in gaining the information I was seeking! The service was excellent! It did take awhile to get answers, but I was very pleased overall with the customer service I received! I have banked with Wells Fargo for 16 years and have appreciated the cordial service I've always recieved. Thank you!! Mark

Incompetent Manager with a bad attitude, came in to withdral a large amount of money after selling my house, funds wired and posted and she continues to argue that she cannot release anything to be. Instead of calling one of her superiors and trying to problem solve she instead rather argue and be rude to a customer. I ended up going to the Mooney location and got the money that was rightfully mine to begin with.
