Called three days ahead of time to make an appointment to open a savings account. Got here a few minutes early, and was left waiting for 15 minutes before I asked what was taking so long. They claimed they had no record of an appointment, even though I'm 100% certain I called. So frustrating! Not enough staff.

Went in to open an account and signed in on the clipboard. Was promptly if ignored for 20 minutes while other customer walked right in and got immediate help from a banker. What's the point of a sign in sheet if the banker doesn't bother to check it before they help the next customer?
