Wells Fargo is the worst most inconsiderate bank I've ever dealt with. They provide the worst customer service, and just a totally disappointing experience. I would almost say they are searching on negligent in their activities. When there is a problem, they are nonresponsive, and really just don't care. Do not take with us bank. They are literally the worst bank we have ever dealt with.
Absolute garbage bank. The CSR are pretty good most of the time, however the systems and programs within the bank make it a such an abysmal experience. They were my first ever bank and its been a slow decline since. Once I moved overseas it all took a cliffdive down. If you live overseas or are moving overseas just close your account. Its not worth it. Trust me just close the account, you wont be able to get anything done.
Since moving overseas as a military member, I have had nothing but an abismall expierience with Wells Fargo. While having online issues, log in issues and trying to update my contact information has been impossible without having to call them. An addition to each call costing me about $20-$50 due to the amount of times you get transferred and put on hold, just adds to the disdain I have developed to the great relationship I had with this company as my first bank. 20 year customer? -Bye Felicia and thanks for the cash bro.. Cant get online access? -Call us, even it costs you more than whatever issue you are having. Have an issue with your account? -We will mail you a letter that takes 3 weeks to get to you and that is if you even get it. My recommendation to all US Personnel that move overseas; terminate your business with this company. Save yourself the frustration.
They are so disorganised and shambolic that they cannot get round to paying their debtors, despite months of chasing. My firm had to issue a Court Claim before they suddenly jumped into action and paid immediately the full sum, with legal costs and interest, on the same day the Summons hit their desk!!! They had been ignoring their obligation to pay until then despite me chasing them repeatedly. Absolutely disgraceful.
Absolute Disgraceful Bank. Not a Bank really, cant do International Tranfers from the USA, despite them saying on their site they can. I have $21,800 in a USA Branch. I cant Transfer it because im now in the UK. They have told me to use my DEBIT CARD TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY !!!!!! $21,800 Can you believe that. Ive been with them for 18 years in the USA. No one wants to help, your passed around and told the same, ive been trying for 2 months. They told me to buy a RSA Device so i did. Guess what, that doesnt work either and they charged me $25 dollars!!!! They need reporting.
Rude customer service members can’t believe the way the adviser spoke to me absolutely disgusting. ‘LET ME FINISH’ the adviser shouted at me down the phone you should never speak to customers like that, ever.
Work hard play hard can't complain with that.
Any ex-pats hoping to do some banking in the UK will be sorely disappointed as this is a corporate office only. Wish there was some sort of description or review indicating such before I wasted my time.
