Use to like this branch until I discovered the manager was a liar.   Tried to cash a Wells Fargo check but they refused to do it because one of my accounts was negative.   Went to another branch and they had no problem.  There are no standing policies to refuse cashing checks due to an account balance.  The manager was just trying to be difficult.   Go to the branch across the street from the Galleria Mall.  Awesome service.   This branch sucks.

I rally enjoy this bank, everyone is very nice, helpful, resourceful, and always lets you know about ways to better your account.
