Wells Fargo as a company has horrible policies and bad interest rates. They charged me 15$ a transfer and switched one of my savings accounts to a checking account without my authorization. When I called I was told this was policy- Which makes zero sense and makes me uneasy. 

This bank location is not responsive and on two separate occasions a banker has not been present when I needed their services. The arm was also out of money one day and still charged me for the cash I took out- despite receiving nothing! This is extremely inconvenient and I am going today to see how much it will be to get out of this bank forever! I urge you to not follow the masses and go to a credit union like IH or Vibrant. This bank does not have the customers best interest at heart as reflected with their scandal charged by the SEC and this location sucks. Happy hunting !

Fast service, but tried to open a business checking account there, and it was very complicated and very expensive. Stayed with old bank
