Just opened a new account so first day impression was good. Officer helped me good and answered all my questions.

The lines are way too long and way too many employees standing around. It took me an hour to cash 2 checks. Ridiculous

Wells Fargo Bank just sucks everywhere. Same thing all the time.... just to verify a check takes at least 30min from the time you go in and out not counting they make you feel like a criminal while waitin. Bad system period.

I banked with Wells Fargo for almost a decade and had no problems. In the past year, they have changed my account requirements so much that my experience has been completely miserable. I would not recommend them to anyone.
