It is incredible to see the unpleasant attention in the customer service, there is no line to do I go to the only window that is open a boy named Torres and the first thing he tells me is that I will do without replying to the greeting and well I tell him I'm going to make a deposit and he says ... we're closing. Then tell me is your account true? And I say you are not seeing me tell you that I want to make a deposit? And when I receive the cash and the deposit slip asks me for the ID. I'm really not asking you for money, I'm giving you money for the deposit.
You receive me very badly that not even a greeting you return these with your bad face because you are closing. VERY EASY PUT YOUR SIGN THAT IT IS CLOSED and do not make bad moments happen to the customers. You are not the only ones in Fontana. Hopefully the corporate will realize these faults of the "great staff of this branch".

I've been in line for 12 minutes just to make a transaction. There is 8 people behind me and only one teller. they are always short of people at this branch... there is one just down the street with decent service
