Customer service is very good....NEVER had any problems here.

What I experienced today in this particular branch, was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have already submitted a formal complaint to corporate, so I will not get into much detail. What I will say is, I was treated the way no customer should ever be treated. I was embarrassed, and I left on the verge of crying from being so upset. The lady behind the desk who was "helping me", spoke very condescending toward me. I will never ever open a wells fargo account, and will urge those I know not to either.

I've been with Wells Fargo Bank for almost 20 years and this is the worst branch that I have been to.  Let's just say I'll drive 25 minutes farther to the next branch from now on...
