Story

Mission Statement: This Facebook page was created by the staff of the Wells Public Library to offer an online space for our patrons to connect with their library and others in the community interested in the Wells Public Library. Here you can get library and book news, information about events and services, and an interesting discussion for library lovers!

We intend to answer questions, encourage online book discussions, and create a unique and dynamic online presence. We encourage our patrons to use this Facebook page as an extension of the physical library – as a community space where they can connect and learn!

Patrons can also search our Minerva catalog, request items, and access their account to renew or see what is checked out.

The Wells Public Library welcomes everyone. Whether you are a year-round resident, a summer resident, or a visitor, we look forward to serving you. We offer a broad range of services including public computers and wireless internet access, children's and adult programs, book discussions, Art Galleries and monthly art exhibits, interlibrary loan service, and much more.
