There's not a no star option or that would be my rating. I arrived at 8am and been sitting on the room listening to the nurses and doctors talking about their houses, birds, and another ones son. It's now 12 30 almost and everyone left for lunch. I still have no answers. All they have to do is read what the Dr in ultrasound said, print my discharge papers and send me on my way. Maybe a 5 minute job. The doctor's and nurses are completely rude.

and half hour wait after arriving by ambulance. Offered no information on when a bed would be available or any pain management. Was told they see people based on what they came in for. So basically they pick who they want to see and didn't get a room until I started to become upset and asked for the supervisor because the charge nurse or whatever was being indifferent, racist, or whatever you want to call it.

I was very pleased with everyone very helpful  an pleasant. Clean room. My daughter was in for a week. They made her feel like it was home.

Horrible... 8 year old son fell and gashed his leg open bleeding everywhere.  They took him in to triage wrapped a bandage on his knee and said to wait in the waiting room....we waited 7 hours until we actually seen a Doctor....he was bleeding through the bandage they put on he was in pain but they wouldn't give him anything.....we are from out of town this is by far the worst hospital I've ever encountered.

Daughter in extreme pain from a kidney stone....in waiting room.  I asked nurse at front desk how many people were ahead of her.  She said five.  I asked if my daughter passed out on floor if that would get her seen sooner and she said there would still be 5 people ahead of her and that she is welcome to lay on the floor.
