Last time I went here, it was a very BAD experience. I have family in the area and decided to stop there to surprise them with food. Lobby was closed for renovation which was fine so had to use drive thru.  Here is how it went down:
I decided to order the half salad/drink combo. They ignored me then yelled at me saying they heard me.
I pulled up to pay. The lady yanked my money away from me and did not tell me total.
I asked why it was so much.  They said they didnt have it anymore and I should have known that. 
Kept trying to get rid of me and kept forgetting stuff. 
They of course got my order wrong.  I did not order fries yet they gave them to me AND charged me for them.  Gave me two half salads instead of a half and a full.
I pulled off angrily and decided I will not be coming back.  I am sure they are happy about this. 
 I wrote a bad review on their survey.  Spoke to the owner and went to the one nearby.  Now they are a good Wendys!

There was no one at the counter for a few minutes and several employees walked by without acknowledging or inquiring. When i did order I got my food quickly and it was hot.

My boyfriend and I went there this morning for lunch. We had amazing service. The young lady behind the register was very respectful. The new Manager allowed us to use coupons that we forgot we had.
