I usually have good service here. I've been a faithful and loyal customer since February 2017...however...on November 22nd 2017 at 4:30pm... I placed my order then I went home then I discovered they gave me the wrong order. I went back to Wendy's and they corrected my order but offered me no compensation. So... I had to go to Wendy's twice for one order. This was a drive-thru order so the manager's inability to compensate a customer through drive thru was unacceptable. Hey Wendy's how about a customer freebie when you make a mistake after all aren't we paying for convenience and service!

It was quick and the food goes down. That little red head Kasie in there is going to be a heart breaker. If I were only younger.
