The cashier Ashley dropped the sweet and sour sauce on the floor. Then picked it up and put it in the bag on top of my food. I said did you just drop that on the floor, she said yes why do you want a new sauce.  I asked to talk to a managet, and Melissa  come up laughing and tried to give me a new sauce. They did not under stand what was the problem. How sad. They must eat off the floor all the time. It is sad, if they do stuff like this in plain view of customers, what do they do when the customer can not see the nasty things to the product people are buying from them. This is something that will be reported to the health board!

Clean. The serving area was remodeled since I was last inside. It is bare bones..no line ropes and it seems only one person can take orders. Restaurant is very clean, hamburgs are delicious. Today the french fries didn't seem very hot, and the one counter person had to remake my husband's strawberry lemonade..didn't use enough syrup.

Stopped here after work...rush hour....530ish. Sat at the order speaker outside for over 10 minutes. No one saying anything. Hello?? I asked. Finally I decided to go inside to see what the problem is. Manager said I wasn't activating the speaker with my van. There's a button they can press from the inside to talk but didn't bother to. Snotty Brockport kids acting snotty simply because my van didn't "trigger" the bell. Sat there and watched 10 cars behind me give up and leave. Way to do business...must be proud!!

Most of the time this is a good place to eat. I've got nasty fries a few times and they skimped on the bacon a few times. Overall yum
