Use to be great.

This Wendy’s use to be awesome. It has gone pretty far down hill.

It’s much dirtier inside than it use to be. The employees do fine wiping tables, but it needs a real professional deep clean (benches are disgusting, floors, shelves etc. All need thorough cleaning)

The food is very subpar. Fries are often COLD, UNDERCOOKED and SOGGY!

OWNER, it wouldn’t be hard to make this place great again, but I’m sure there’s a lot of people like me that won’t go there anymore.

People only ever review fast food places when the orders are wrong, which is a small percentage of time. I personally had no problems here and found the staff really friendly! The restaurant was very clean and I loved their Christmas decorations. This Wendy's is modern and I love it.

I ordered the baconator fries and i got only one strip of bacon and some cheese when it should be cut up bacon bits and more than just half a strip. The only reason they get two stars is the drive through guy was nice.

Never had a problem with staff. They've been friendly and got the order right. One problem here is the drive through. I believe the idea behind the drive through is speedy food. That has not been the case for me here. And maybe I'm getting picky the older I get but...the food is barely edible. Have not enjoyed this chain the last couple times I have visited.
