This is an especially good Wendy's. They've always gotten my order right, and done it quickly. I really enjoy the Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad, and this Wendy's makes the best one I've had.

We walked in tonight and the lady behind the counter looked at us, put on gloves and walked to the bathroom.  We stood there staring at everyone behind the counter for quite awhile. One of the fry cooks looked at us for probably the 10th time and told his manager we were there. She asked where the girl went. He told her to the bathroom. The manager made him go get her. When she got back up to the counter she just looked at us and didn't say anything. After we got our food 2 of the 3 buns we're cold. My daughter ordered a taco salad. She got lettuce, chili and 7 pieces of shredded cheese. My husband too kit back up there and asked what it was. The manager said we should have received a bag of chips, sour cream and salsa with it. We didn't. She gave him the items we were missing and he came back to the table. At this point the Hubs is beyond livid.  My daughter looked at us and then to her "food" and was going to try to eat it. My husband stopped her and asked if she wanted something else. She Sid yes so we went back up to an empty counter. We stood there again till the same fry cook told the manager there was someone at the counter. The drive through worker then came over and said "What you want"?   At this point I've decided we would never be going back there again. My kiddos accidently threw the receipts away with the trash. Needless to say one of our favorite places has become one we now will never go back to.

came for a "late night snack" and they were closed. hours are wrong. really, REALLY unhappy.

No hair net for one lady preparing and serving food. Took an order that another guest did not want and gave to another guest.
