Food was fine, service was not so good. The person taking orders appeared to be fairly new and was struggling. The Manager obviously recognize this but instead of offering the young man help, she just told him he was doing things wrong.  It would have been more productive to show him how how to make the adjustments. The 2 customers in front of got incorrect orders, which had to be fixed. Overall though it was not a horrid experience.

I would give this Wendy's a negative 2 if possible. First of all,  the restaurant was dirty . I had to use Wet Wipes to sanitize my table. After eating my combo order, I found a long hair in my burger. After bringing it to the staff's attention, they brought out another burger to replace the one that I ordered. Three customers walked out of the restaurant after seeing this transpire. I kindly declined and left. This Wendy's should be shut down due to It's unsanitary conditions. I will never eat at Wendy's again.

I just ordered food through the drive through and when I gave my card to what seemed like the manager because he was wearing a collared button up shirt I noticed his nails. They looked like he had been eating Doritos and picking his butt like a week ago and never washed his hands. He didn't touch my food and I kept telling myself that on the way home but I just couldn't bring myself to eat the food. Needless to say he's probably ruined Wendy's for me for life which sucks because I love the salads.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The lady manager does not seek to resolve issues and does not care if you are happy or not. By the way, if they mess up your order: the MANAGER CAN'T GIVE REFUNDS. You have to literally make an appointment with the GM to fix their messups.

Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes down the road to the Wendy's at 151&potranco

Located in the same parking lot as HEB, Dons & Bens Liquor Store, T-Mobile along with other hreat stores this is the perfect stop for a quick lunch with the family, taking care of phone bills and picking up both your groceries and a great evening drink to share with your loved one. And to top it all off customer service was stellar. Best experience I've had with Wendys.
