There was 3 people in the dining area, no line to order, and 3 cars in the drive thru. We ordered 4 for $4 meals and ended up waiting 20 min. Then when we told them they forgot our frosty's they asked us for our receipt. Really??!!

This place is the worst! Waited for 10 minutes in line before I could back up out of the drive thru to go inside to order. Took them a while to take our order. Complained to the manager on duty. Only thing they did aside from apologize was to give us a small frosty. While I realize things happen from time to time, this is an on going issue with this store. This was not the first bad experience I have had with them but it very well may be my last!

It was the worst service ever. It took 35 minutes to go thru the drive thru last night at 1030. I only stayed because I was stuck with no way of getting out of line. There were only 5 cars ahead of me and to my surprise there were 4 employees on the clock, can't say working. And this black kid working was the rudest encounter at any establishment I have ever had. He was using such foul language about everyone there both customers and employees. Management must be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. I know this can't be an isolated situation. Just look at the. Camera and see for yourselves

30 mins for drive through.. cold buns, odd tasting soda. This place needs to get it's act together. Don't recommend.

Yea they're under staffed and under a lot of pressure. Fast food is not easy especially for the pay they're getting. Attitudes and people cursing them out like it's their fault it's not ok. So maybe people need to go in there and bare with them or just leave. It's the same people on here putting them down that go back so just stop. They're human to oh and the food and service is great!!!!
