This Wendys does NOT care about customer satisfaction! Every single time I've been there, they always mess my order up. There is always missing things and when you tell them, they have to nerve to get mad at you, try to argue with you and start mean mugging you. I will NEVER go back to this Wendys ever! This place lost my business for good.

The food was good as expected.
The service was great with a smile and the even brought my food to my table .

Every other time I come here, some facet of my order is wrong. Just today, I go to get a 4 for 4. I ask for my usual large drink with no ice with it, and I see my order reflected accurately on the screen. So far, so good. I get to the window and the lady hands me my drink filled with ice (not the first time either). It was corrected soon enough but I am glad I asked for extra sauce on a whim because they forgot the sauce I asked for too. And the real kicker is the girl forgot to give me a straw when she finally handed me back my drink so I had to park, get out of my car and walk inside to get one. This location and the other on Arizona and Ocotillo frequently mess up my order and I will definitely be hesitant about coming to these locations in the future. I love the food, it's the service that needs some work. And, of course, I didn't get a receipt but after knowing how often they get stuff wrong, I can see why they wouldn't want to give me one.
