I go there at least once a week since it is close to home. They are usually busy when  I get there but make an effort to get it to me in a timely manner, and with the correct food. I always get the same order and every time it is the correct food. Only complaint is they are usually out of baked potatoes, unless Tom is there! Whenever there is a rush and I go through the front a young nice girl, Rachel, makes me her priority! Great place to. eat, especially at midnight!

Probably one of the best experiences I ever had at a Wendy's. It was short but the cashier "Jaydon" was super helpful. Made sure our order was right! Even checked with me about my order before attempting to serve it to us (even though it was something very slight). We felt appreciated. It was clean and food was very good.

Food is about what you would expect out of a Wendy's.  I understand they have the coke drink machines with dozens of flavors inside and not through the drive thru... but seriously?  When I ask out of habit because other Wendy's locations have the drink machines, you don't need to be crabby like, "We don't have the drink machines you need to come inside for that," I was about to say, "Walk yourself around the counter and get the drink."  That would be true customer service and that would get me to refer people to this location.  Either get a drink machine for your drive thru or rephrase the way you say it, "Sorry for the inconvenience, this location only offers the drinks inside the restaurant!" Ok, understandable.
